When you reach the final Google Checkout billing page and press 'Submit Your Order' we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.

If the payment is authorised, you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes confirming your order, we will then check your PDF and payment will be taken from your account shortly afterwards.

If payment is authorised but we have a query with your order, an e-mail will be sent to you to advise you of the nature of the query. If we are unable to resolve the query for any reason and cannot dispatch your order, a full refund will be issued back to your card.

If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer, you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes advising you of the reason why. (Please note some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time).

No, we require one single PDF document formatted exactly how you require it to print.

By default all of our thesis are printed single sided. If you require double sided printing (duplex) please contact us before placing your order.

By default we leave a 5mm border around the edge of the page. If you require pages to bleed to the edge please contact us before you order.

If when we process the PDF for printing the number of pages is different than what you ordered we will cancel the order and you will have to place a new order with the correct details

We can bind up to 500 pages, if you have more than 500 we would recommend splitting your document into multiple volumes, and binding each volume separately.

We can bind documents with as few as 30 sheets of A4 paper, however any less that that and we may not be able to fit text onto your spine

We recomend you add 30mm to the inside margin and 5-6mm to your right margin in order to accomodate the sewn edge.

PDFs let you create and view robust information, from any application, on any computer system and share it with anyone around the world exactly how you created it. This allows us to print your document more reliably and keep the costs to our customers low.

If you are returning an item, or items, to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Please note, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Thesis products are non-returnable, unless in the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Delivery charges (the cost you originally paid to have the order delivered to you) are non-refundable.
