Terms & Conditions
Any purchase of goods or services from our on line facility will be governed by these terms and conditions
Goods and services consist of printing and or binding of submitted dissertations.
Once the goods and services have been specified by you on the website, you will be invited to pay on line with a credit / debit card.
We must receive full payment for the specification requested for the good and services before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received, we will confirm acceptance of the order by sending an email to you.
An acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us.
Prices for goods and services are set out in the website. All dissertation printing and binding costs are zero rated for VAT. The delivery proportion charge is VAT rated as stated.
Payment can be made by credit / debit card. Your details will be securely processed by Google Checkout.
The website does not store any card information during the transaction and relies on a confirmation that payment has been authorised and received.
If you choose to have the goods delivered by courier, the price options for this service are set out on the website. For users outside the UK & Ireland, an additional charge may be due for incremental shipping costs.
Dissertation submission deadlines and their achievement are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for the deadlines not being achieved or any subsequent disappointment.
The customer is responsible for the content of the material which will be printed and converted to a bound product in the format in which it is received.
The material to be printed and converted will be deleted by Loughlin Pharma from its files 30 days after dissertation delivery date to the customer. We hold no responsibility for retaining original files.
Cancellation
You cannot cancel your order after submission, payment and confirmation of acceptance by us of your edited specification. This product at that time would be personal to you and would have no re-sale value to cover the costs incurred.
We reserve the right to cancel if the submitted PDF does not match the specification submitted on the website with the payment.
In the event of our cancellation we will endeavour to notify you by email within 7 days and will credit your account by the amount submitted.
Delivery address cannot be changed after despatch with courier.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we do not have sufficient stocks to undertake the services that you have ordered, or if we do not deliver to your area.
